Product Description
Industrial petroleum steel platform walking channel galvanized steel grating is manufactured using an electro-forgewelding process that applies pressure and heat to fuse square, twisted cross bars into load-bearing bars of various thicknesses and depths.
The result is a one-piece construction product that complies with AS1657-2013. The press welded galvanized steel grating is made of load flat steel bar and cross bar, placed horizontally and vertically at equal pitch intervals, welded with 200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment, then cut, punched and banded.
